Your tasks

In your role as Senior Advisor at Roover:
- You advise at eye level: You are a strategic sparring partner for our customers – at C-level and in complex decision-making situations.
- You take on responsibility: You manage transformation, growth or restructuring projects with vision and precision.
- You provide impetus: you recognize market potential, drive innovation and bring new perspectives to our projects.
- Accompanying teams: you coach consultants, pass on knowledge and ensure quality, structure and clarity.
- You play an active role: You will further develop our consulting portfolio – professionally, methodically and personally.
Your profile
What makes you special? Experience, attitude and the will to make a difference.
- You have at least 8 years of experience in management consulting or in a strategic leadership role.
- You have a deep understanding of entrepreneurial contexts – whether in strategy, organization or transformation.
- You are confident at C-level and at the same time a team player: honest, solution-oriented, committed.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are curious about new technologies and want to make an impact.
